Shipping & Returns Policy – Shopdiax

At Shopdiax, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping and make returns as easy as possible. Please read our shipping and returns policies carefully.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Germany): 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping (Germany): 1–2 business days (additional fees may apply)

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on every order

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Shopadiax is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

2. Returns & Refunds

Return Period

  • You may return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. Items must include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).

  3. Certain products (e.g., personalized items or perishable goods) may not be eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info.support@shopadiaxstore.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.

  3. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery at shopadiax@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
